• RBD-3: Light green color, irregular crystal shape, medium toughness and brittleness. RBD-3 is used for fields with high requirement of grinding efficiency and working life, such as cemented carbide, ceramics, PCD and other materials processing.
• RBD-4: Gray-green color, medium toughness and brittleness, good self-sharpening. RBD-4 is suitable for medium-charged resin bond grinding tools for roughing, semi-finishing cemented carbide, optical glass and other brittle materials non-metallic material.
• RBD-5: Dark green color, irregular shape, medium toughness and brittleness, excellent self sharpening. RBD-5 is a ideal product for the fields that require both grinding efficiency and tool life.
• RBD-6: Light gray color, medium toughness and brittleness, slightly lower of toughness than RBD-5 but with higher brittleness, excellent self sharpness. RBD-6 is the first choice to improve grinding efficiency and reduce cost.
• RBD-7: Dark grey color, high toughness and brittleness, excellent self sharpness. RBD-7 is suitable for low-load resin bond grinding tools for finishing hard alloy, optical glass and the quality of products demanding fine grinding field.
• RBD-8: Yellow green color, blocky shape and irregular shape, highest toughness and brittleness in this series products, high impact resistance, RBD-8 is suitable for applications on grinding and polishing granite, marble, ceramic, glass, PCD and tungsten carbide.
