Large Single Crystalline Diamond Blocks

Our large single srystalline diamond blocks can be divided into following five different specifications.

• BSCD-1: A complete hexahedron and octahedron crystal, consistent of crystal direction, integrity of crystal surface, very high purity, high light transmittance, high impact toughness, thermalstability and chemical stability. BSCD-1 is suitable for ultra-precision cutting, aerospace, semiconductor devices, heat dissipation devices, quantum computer, scientific research, seed crystal and etc.
• BSCD-2: A complete hexahedron and octahedron crystal, very high purity, high static pressure strength, high impact toughness, thermalstability and chemical stability. BSCD-2 is suitable for ultra-precision cutting, and the processing of non-ferrous metals (gold, silver, copper, aluminum) graphite, carbon fiber resin composite material.
• BSCD-3: A complete crystal shape, high purity, high impact strength and thermalstability. BSCD-3 is suitable for high grade cutting, drilling and grinding tools.
• BSCD-4: Comparatively regular crystal shape, low impurity content, good mechanic strength, good thermalstability, belonging to middle quality grade among them. BSCD-4 is suitable for granite, marble, non-ferrous metal and other cutting tools.
• BSCD-5: Comparatively regular crystal shape, sharp edges, impurity content more than BSCD-4, low strength, belonging to low quality grade among them. BSCD-5 is suitable for grinding tools and wheels that work with low load.
