The series of single crystalline diamond refers to the grain size of 60/80 to 600/800 single crystalline diamond. It is widely used in grinding and polishing fields of all kinds of bond grinding wheels, and is the main raw material for making medium load metal, resin, ceramics and other bond grinding tools. - FSCD-2: Six-octahedron or octahedron with complete and regular crystal shape, with internal inclusions and bubbles and other impurities, accurate size, yellow, good transparency, high impact toughness and thermal stability.
- FSCD-3: Six-octahedron or octahedron, more than 95% complete crystal form, internal inclusions and bubbles and other impurities of less, accurate size, yellow, good transparency, high impact toughness and thermal stability.
- FSCD-4: Six-octahedron or octahedron, 90% complete crystal form, medium content of internal inclusions and bubbles and other impurities, accurate size, yellow, a certain degree of transparency, high impact toughness and thermal stability.
- FSCD-5: 70% Complete crystal form, more impurities, moderate impact toughness and thermal stability.
- FSCD-6: Irregular and sharp crystal form, impurity content, good brittleness, good self-sharpness, incomplete crystal grains in favor of better gripping force.
- FSCD-7: Both regular and angular crystals exist, medium-low toughness, with blocky shaped crystals.
- FSCD-8: Comparatively high portion of angular crystals, medium toughness.
- FSCD-9: Regular and blocky crystals, medium high toughness. Relatively high thermal stability and impact resistance.
