Crushed Diamond

Our crushed diamond can be divided into following six different types.

• CSD-1: Made of low technology single crystal diamond as raw material and processed by special crushing technology, the product is ribbed granule with irregular crystal shape. CSD-1 is suitable for producing ceramic bond abrasive, resin bond abrasive, electroplating products, which is used to process hard alloy, glass, ceramics, stone and other non-metallic materials.
• CSD-2: Made of high-quality single crystal diamond as raw material and processed by special crushing technology, the product has irregular ribbed particles in crystal shape with low impurity content, low magnetism, rough and sharp surface. CSD-2 is suitable for producing medium load ceramic bond grinding tools, medium load metal bond grinding tools and electroplating grinding tools, which is used to process glass, ceramics, stone and other non-metal.
• CSD-3: Made of low strength, more impurity RVD diamond as raw material and processed by special crushing technology, the product is ribbed granule with irregular crystal shape. CSD-3 is suitable for producing ceramic bond abrasive, resin bond abrasive, electroplating products, which is used to process hard alloy, glass, ceramics, stone and other non-metallic materials.
• CSD-4: Made of high-quality RVD diamond as raw material and processed by special crushing technology, the product has irregular crystal shape, yellowish green color, low impurity content, rough and sharp surface and good self-sharpening. CSD-4 is suitable for producing heavy duty resin bond grinding tools and low duty ceramic bond grinding tools, which is used to process brittle materials such as gem, stone, ceramic brick, glass, optical glass and rough hard alloy.
• CSD-5: Made of high strength, high technology MBD diamond as raw material and processed by special crushing technology, the product has uniform particle size distribution, ultra low impurity content, no magnetic, and can be combined with all kinds of binders. CSD-5 is suitable for producing ceramic bond abrasive, resin bond abrasive, electroplating products, which is used to process superhard material such as hard alloy, glass, gemstone, ceramics and stone.
• CSD-6: Made of high-quality MBD diamond as raw material and processed by special crushing technology, the product has low impurity content, no magnetic, and can be combined with all kinds of binders. CSD-6 is suitable for producing ceramic bond abrasive, resin bond abrasive, electroplating products, which is used to process superhard material such as hard alloy, glass, gemstone, ceramics and stone.
