Coarse Single Crystalline Diamond

The series of single crystalline diamond refers to the particle size of 20/30 to 50/60 coarse-grained diamond. It is widely used in cutting tools of non-ferrous metal and non-metallic materials, grinding wheel dressing, a variety of industry cutting tools, polishing tools dressing, wear resistant parts, drawing die and others.   • CSCD-1: Hexagonal octahedron with complete and regular crystal shape, almost no impurities, high static strength (Newton), impact toughness (TI) and thermal stability (TTI), excellent wear resistance.
  • CSCD-2: Hexagonal octahedron with complete and regular crystal shape, less impurity content, high static strength (Newtonian), impact toughness (TI) and thermal stability (TTI), and good wear resistance.
  • CSCD-3: Hexagonal octahedron with more complete and regular crystal shape, little impurity content of less, relatively high static strength (Newtonian), impact toughness (TI) and thermal stability (TTI), and good wear resistance.
  • CSCD-4: Hexagonal octahedron with more complete and regular crystal shape, little impurity content, middle static strength (Newtonian), impact toughness (TI) and thermal stability (TTI), and good wear resistance.
  • CSCD-5: Hexagonal octahedron with more regular crystal shape, medium content of impurities, with the general static strength (Newtonian), impact toughness (TI) and thermal stability (TTI), with medium of wear resistance.
  • CSCD-6: Crystal type is 90-95% of the rules, medium content of impurities, a lower static strength (Newtonian), impact toughness (TI) and thermal stability (TTI), and wear resistance is in general, sharpness is very well.
  • CSCD-7: 85% of polymorph rules, the impurity content is more than NSCD-6, a lower static strength (Newtonian), impact toughness (TI) and thermal stability (TTI), the wear resistance is poor, sharpness is very good.
  • CSCD-8: Crystal form is 70% of the rules with surface roughness, crystal impurity content of more than NSCD-7, a lower static strength (Newtonian), and impact toughness (TI) and thermal stability (TTI), the wear resistance is poor, sharpness is excellent.
  • CSCD-9: 50% polymorphs rule, high content of impurities, surface roughness, very low static strength, (Newtonian), impact toughness (TI) and thermal stability (TTI), the wear resistance is poor, sharpness is excellent, self-sharpening is good.
  • CSCD-10: Angular shape, low toughness, high brittleness.
  • CSCD-11: Wide scope of particle shapes, low toughness, low impact resistance.
